Enjoyable stay and good staff.

The weather was not good and was not able to swim. Not hotel’s fault tho.

Casino is horrible, Should stop smoking inside casino, smell terrible.Also can see many people playing 2 or 3 slot machines, we waited so long for a chance to play. Have gone to many countries casino. None of them has this issue. Very disapp

The location of the resort was far from town and not many restaurants or bars close by.

The breakfast was very sumptuous, but the rooms were not what I expected. They were facing the streets (city view) instead of the garden (ocean)

The hotel is good, huge, but old. What I liked was lying on the sun loungers on the balcony. The pool was clean, but the beach was dirty.

1.The room was not very well cleaned. The floor was filthy and there was dirt in the corners. 2. Although smoking is prohibited in the hotel, guests smoked everywhere.3. Long wait for coffee at breakfast. Had to request three different people before the coffee arrived after 30 minutes.

The hotel impressed me with its well-thought-out architecture and beautiful design. Everything feels spacious and airy, from the generous public areas to the large, comfortable rooms. The pool is truly luxurious and adds to the overall sense of relaxation.The staff are attentive and genuinely caring, making the stay especially pleasant. The location is excellent: the hotel has its own private beach and is conveniently close to the city, offering both tranquility and easy access to urban life.

As a minor downside, the hotel is quite large, and during peak hours the reception staff can be overloaded due to the high number of guests. That said, they handle the situation professionally and do their job well despite the pressure.Breakfasts are rather modest and slightly below what one would expect from a modern five-star hotel. While the selection is sufficient and varied, it would be nice to see some upgrades, such as a self-service coffee machine.Another noticeable issue is that some guests smoke in public areas, including elevators and the lobby. This is not a fault of the hotel itself, as ashtrays are provided where appropriate, but rather a matter of personal culture and consideration among certain visitors.

The location was really good. The architecture of the hotel was beautiful. The staff were really friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out was easy.

The towels seemed to be quite old and made of thinner material than many hotels of the same quality. The water for the bath and the shower was not hot enough, I ran a bath using only hot water and it was not comfortable. The same was true when I had a shower.

Selection was plentiful

Maybe there was a language barrier, where you ask for a fried egg and receive an omelette. No Michelin stars for these experience chiefs.Beef and noodles - 4 small slices of beef with a huge plate of noodles.

It was very clean, housekeeping did a wonderful job and the grounds well kept.

It was a bit tired in areas. There was no “Happy Hour” or live music for the guests

Grounds, beach and pool, friendly staff, breakfast, room, and balcony. The overall value was very good. Location and access to many places were very good.

Bed was lumpy and some of the features (fountain, water slide) were not operating. Full transparency, we had stayed at a nearby hotel for a few days before, and the Crowne Plaza was a bit less updated, and the breakfast was close, but not quite as good. Not a real problem, though.

A high end resort on a nice stretch of beach in Danang city. Breakfast was good, rooms are big and comfortable. Nice pool. Some staff were excellent.

The restaurants were not good. Two restaurants stuck almost in a basement, very limited menu, very little international cuisine, mainly Chinese and VNmese. There is a separate Korean/Chinese bbq restaurant on the grounds. Breakfast in a restaurant that is only open for breakfast was good.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly, and made our stay better. The staff and management always made sure everything was to our liking, and fulfilled our needs. We felt very welcomed during our stay thanks to the excellent service. The facilities of the hotel were also very clean. Breakfast had a great variety of different kinds of food, everything fresh made.

Terrible value for money. Damp rooms and bad food. Avoid.

First room was damp. Asked for second room. Took 2 hours to change room, then second room was damp. The hotel needs dehumidifiers in the rooms.Had to call room service to change the sheets, but they were still damp.Main restaurant wasn’t available because a big conference was being hosted. Lots of noise with extremely loud karaoke and music being played every night I was there. Other restaurants inside hotel had horrible ambience.No outdoor restaurant by the pool.Room service was awful.

Loved the pool and the beach, it is a beautiful hotel and would love to stay again. The staff are lovely and it’s not far from the city of Da Nang

We liked the atmosphere, which was true to the photos provided. We also really liked the gym. The gym had towels and water. There was a nice variety of machines as well as weights. The pool was great and had a fabulous view of the beach.

My husband and I were both unimpressed with the breakfast selection. The waffles were not good and we would have preferred the option to make fresh waffles as opposed to having them sitting out. We did not like the chocolate sauce and would have like to have Nutella. There were plenty of Asian options but we would have liked to see more Western breakfast options.

Quiet almost private beach, good for families. Huge pools, never felt crowded. Size was grand, expansive. Comfy sheets, big room. Price was very reasonable for what you get.

Its huge: way too big for my liking but this can be an advantage depending on preference. Buffet breakfast was just ok. Reception staff/speed felt lacking despite the hotel size. Felt a bit dated but maintained well.
